A personal Story style about page that connects with the pain points the target audience have
Result
The founder had written a long winded draft including details such as off shore manufacturing and responding to criticism and breaking down costs. It was decided that the primary goal was to connect with the ideal target audience via personal story and leave out facts and defending business decisions and instead focus on emotional connection. This resulted in a more positive response and barely any negative commentary.
