A local computer repair shop based in Brisbane, Saunders IT, needed a full upgrade.
Objectives
The old website was made on outdated software and it needed a full redo. Also, the business had dropped servicing printers and received a lot of calls regarding typewriter servicing which it hadn’t done in decades so it had to be clear exactly what it could and couldn’t fix to reduce time wasting enquiries.
Result
A WordPress Premium theme run on the Genesis framework was chosen and a marketing report and comparative analysis with other local computer repair websites was undertaken to ensure the business differentiated itself. The website ranks on the first page of a Google Search for local suburb names and the term “computer repairs”.
